Bring material you can use
Use images, footage, scripts, music, recordings, and other references only when you have the necessary rights or permission. For a recognizable real person’s likeness or cloned voice, obtain clear permission for the intended AI use. Permission to photograph someone does not automatically authorize a synthetic performance.
Do not upload identity documents, payment credentials, private addresses, medical records, or other sensitive personal information. Do not submit another person’s confidential work without authorization. Adults aged 18 and over may use the generator, subject to access approval and provider eligibility.
Content that is not allowed
- Sexual exploitation of minors, sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, or material facilitating child abuse.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or other sexual exploitation.
- Deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, scams, forged evidence, or presenting invented events as genuine recordings.
- Targeted harassment, threats, doxxing, hateful abuse, or content encouraging real-world violence.
- Content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or likeness rights.
- Material intended to facilitate a crime, serious physical harm, or exploitation.
Protect the platform
Do not bypass safety filters, age or access restrictions, payment controls, geographic restrictions, or usage limits. Do not share API credentials, access another member’s work, scrape private material, upload malware, or interfere with the service. Follow the applicable AI provider’s rules as well as FilmWorx’s rules; fictional framing does not override a provider restriction.
Before you publish
Check faces, speech, captions, factual claims, music, and rights before release. Disclose AI use when required by law or the platform where you publish, and whenever omission would materially mislead the audience. Do not remove a required attribution, provenance mark, or disclosure.
Ordinary fictional comedy, romance, suspense, and dramatic conflict are welcome within these rules. A fictional character should not be used as a disguise for unauthorized impersonation of a real person.
Report a concern
For a copyright, privacy, consent, or safety complaint, send the relevant FilmWorx page or content identifier, explain the concern, and provide a way to reach you. If claiming rights in a work or likeness, explain your relationship to it. Do not resend harmful material when a link or description is sufficient.
We may restrict access or remove content while reviewing a credible report. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, reply with the relevant context and request review. These contact instructions are not a representation that FilmWorx has a registered DMCA agent.
