The service and your access
These terms apply to FilmWorx Studio ("FilmWorx," "we," or "us") at filmworx.studio. They cover the website, member workspace, tutorials, prompt collections, and any generation tools made available to you. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refunds & Credits Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
Your FilmWorx Studio purchase includes the features and access described in your offer. Member sign-in is moving to Clerk, with the existing ChatGPT sign-in available during the transition. Use your approved sign-in email. Eligible purchases can be approved through the Stan-to-Zapier connection when enabled, or verified manually. Signing in alone does not grant Studio access.
Keep your account secure. Do not share, sell, or transfer your Studio access or give others access through your account. You must be able to enter a binding agreement, or have a parent or guardian do so where permitted. The generator is for adults aged 18 and over.
Generation and other services
FilmWorx Render is the Studio’s generation workspace. Student generation is available only when opened by the owner and requires a sufficient credit balance. FilmWorx Studio access does not include unlimited generation or credits unless your purchased offer explicitly says so. Review the current credit offer before purchasing.
Nano Banana Pro image requests use Kie when connected by the owner; otherwise they use Pika. Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0 and Kling 3.0 video requests use Pika. Existing requests remain with the provider that received them. Provider and model restrictions also apply. For requests processed by Kie, you must comply with Kie’s Terms of Use. For requests processed by Pika, you must comply with Pika’s terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Permission for commercial use depends on the applicable provider plan and model terms.
Tools linked from FilmWorx may require their own accounts or paid plans. FilmWorx Studio access does not include those subscriptions unless your offer expressly says it does.
Your work and FilmWorx materials
You retain the rights you hold in your uploads, scripts, prompts, and other original work. You give FilmWorx permission to store, process, transmit, and display that material as needed to provide the features you use. This does not give us blanket permission to advertise with your private work.
Only submit material you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for clearing image, music, voice, likeness, trademark, and other third-party rights. AI output may resemble other work; generation alone does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, or freedom from infringement.
You may use the supplied prompts and teaching methods to develop your own films. Do not resell, redistribute, or publish the tutorial library, prompt packs, downloadable tools, or Studio access as a competing product. Any separate license included with an asset still applies. A sample image is not a guarantee of an identical result or unrestricted rights to everything depicted.
Your private projects are not a shared member feed. If you ask to have a film featured, you authorize display of the agreed film, preview, and creator credit in that feature. Permission to feature a film is separate from permission to use it in advertising.
Results, availability, and backups
AI may produce mistakes in faces, voices, movement, dialogue, or other details. Review every result before publishing or delivering it to a client. FilmWorx does not guarantee a particular result, generation time, social reach, income, or monetization eligibility.
Availability can be affected by maintenance, provider changes, and technical failures. Download work you want to keep; FilmWorx is not a permanent archive. To the extent permitted by law, experimental generation tools are provided as available without a promise that every request will succeed. Nothing here removes warranties, refunds, or remedies that applicable law requires.
Misuse, changes, and questions
We may restrict content or access to address a credible rights complaint, security issue, unpaid charge, or policy violation. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and consider a request for review. Any billing consequences remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.
Material policy changes will be dated and communicated through an appropriate account or service notice. This page does not change a completed purchase’s price or remove rights that applied to that purchase. No particular court, mandatory arbitration process, or waiver of statutory rights is established by this page.
For Studio access, billing, privacy, or content questions, email hello@filmworxstudio.com. Include the relevant page or order reference and the email associated with your account. Never send your password, API key, or full payment-card details.
